Outlining the methodology

The following resources support the development of the assessment methodology. They include the assessment concept note, developed at the early stages of the assessment design phase, and the assessment methodology template, a more detailed technical document that outlines the approach to be taken for the assessment to be implemented.  Both documents should be developed with a multi-functional team, ensuring that there is a common understanding on the objectives, analytical approach, and methodology.
