This guidance provides a set of practical recommendations for field operations on sampling methodology for UNHCR revised Livelihoods and Energy monitoring framework and tools.
This guidance helps field operations to design their sampling framework for the beneficiary baseline survey for each project. The beneficiary endline survey should revisit the same sample beneficiaries surveyed at the baseline.
