The purpose of the NARE Primary Data Collection - SDR Analysis Template is to support the NARE assessment team to collect and structure secondary data review, primary data collection and final recommendations.
This template should be used alongside the NARE Guidance Note, that provides information for colleagues on how to conduct the NARE, including the use of accompanying NARE tools.
