Members of Parliament will receive copies of the Albanian version of "The Handbook for Parliamentarians: A Guide to International Refugee Law", published by the Inter-Parliamentary Union and UNHCR.
The National Reception Centre for Asylum Seekers rehabilitated by UNHCR will be inaugurated and will accommodate mainly young asylum seekers.
