Refugee children wash their families' clothes in Djabal camp. Many children are overwhelmed with daily chores and as a result attend school only sporadically.

- Saclepea refugee camp: T-shirts and banners carrying this year's WRD theme, "Courage", will be provided to participants in a parade. Football games involving youth Vs refugee women and youth Vs adult refugee men.
- Johnny Voker school: Indoor programme with speeches, a group drama, folkloric dancers, student recitation and school drama on refugee life.
- An exhibition of items made by refugees in skills training courses. Products include bread, dresses, dye lappa, Ivorian dishes, T-shirts, bags, mats, fishing nets and slippers.
- Fundraising concert featuring African musicians at the Stadium. Price 50 Liberian dollars.
