RMS survey partner data collection report template

The RMS data collection report template can be adapted to operation’s needs and shared with the survey partner as part of the Terms of Reference. The data collection report is prepared by the survey partner following the completion of the Results Monitoring Surveys (RMS) data collection exercise and provides details on the methodological approach pursued and any limitations, as well as a summary of the completed data collection activities, including reflections on how well these activities were carried out. This qualitative information supports the analysis.
