The JAF qualitative questionnaire template is a series of qualitative questions designed to be conducted as focus group discussions based on the JAF Data Analysis Plan.
The template should be adapted based on changes made to the JAF Analysis Plan, and not before. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the JAF quantitative questionnaire template for household surveys.
