The purpose of this strategic, learning-oriented Country Strategy Evaluation (CSE) is to inform UNHCR's multi-year strategic plan (MYSP) for Sudan from 2023, support programming during 2022, and strengthen UNHCR's adaptability to the dynamic political context in Sudan and the wider region.
