REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: HCR/RWAKI/SUP/2024/RFP036 FOR THE PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND EXECUTION OF VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION WORKS NKAMIRA AND KIJOTE TRANSIT CENTERS

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Rwanda invites qualified Contractors to make firm offers for the provision of materials construction works in Nkamira and Kijote transit centers as detailed in the Annex B & C below.

• Annex D: Vendor Registration Form (To be completed and submitted by vendors who are neither registered in UNGM nor with UNHCR in the technical offer)
• Annex E: UNHCR General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Civil Works (To be signed, stamped, and submitted in the technical offer)
• Annex F: UN Supplier Code of Conduct (To be signed, stamped, and submitted in the technical offer)
• Annex G: Technical Proposal form (to be filled signed, stamped, and submitted in the technical offer)
• Annex H: Proposal evaluation and Scoring Methodology. (Shows you how you are going to earn marks in the technical evaluation)
