UNHCR staff register refugees at the Douma registration center on the outskirts of Damascus. Registering with UNHCR ensures that the most vulnerable refugees receive aid.

A meeting will be held between UNHCR and UNIC (United Nations Information Centre) on the Agenda for Protection.
A poster exhibition will be held for government officials, NGOs and the media.
Scouts will participate in commemoration activities, including an essay contest and concert with refugee youth.
