Impact evaluation on the effects of the R-WASH Program on social cohesion: baseline report
The baseline report of the rigorous impact evaluation of the Regional Program on Water and Sanitation for Refugees, Internally Displaced Persons and Host Communities in East Africa (R-WASH) Program highlights hypotheses of how the program affected social cohesion and peaceful coexistence between camp and host communities in Ethiopia, Somalia and Sudan, as well as testing if and what adjustments may be required to make control and treatment groups comparable. The impact evaluation is an innovative tool used by the R-WASH program to help investigate its impact.
