- To enter into a dialogue with the local population and municipality in Eastern Slovakia (Humenne) where the new refugee centre is planned to be opened in 6 June and to raise their interest in refugee issues, an Open-air concert "Artists for Refugees" in the amphitheatre Humenne with performances of popular Slovak singers, groups and refugees / asylum seekers will take place.
- Various promotions around the event/advertisements in the news, announcements in national and regional media. Slovak Radio Kosice will broadcast discussions about refugees.
- Exhibition of UNHCR posters, asylum seekers' handicraft work in the local cultural house Humenne.
- Activities involving asylum seekers/refugees (painting, drawing, wood /clay modeling, pottery, or, performances - singing, dancing).
