- In order to raise the level of understanding of refugee issues in Pakistan, on 17 June, an indoor fun fair featuring refugee music, handicraft and cuisine will be held.
- On 19 June, a press conference will highlight the contribution of the government and UNHCR towards the welfare of Afghans in Pakistan.
- On 20 June, an official World Refugee Day ceremony will take place with statements by UNHCR, Pakistani and Afghan delegates. Afterwards, refugee dances, skits and a fashion show of national costumes will take place.
