Are you an organization that supports refugee inclusion?
- Training refugees on the soft and hard skills required to enhance the job opportunities they can access via the platform.
- Developing comprehensive industry-specific or skill-level-specific learning and training support that refugees can access online or offline.
- Providing job applicants with language training support at a range of levels and degrees of intensity.
- Providing job counselling, CV-writing, and interview preparation support.
- Developing job placement schemes or paid internships in collaboration with companies.
- Providing workforce integration support (standalone or in partnership), including reskilling courses and mentorship.
- Providing support with housing, transportation, childcare, MHPSS or other key support services essential for refugees to access and retain employment.
Based on previous experiences, refugee workforce integration works best when businesses work with NGOs using a holistic support framework to upskill refugees and hire them into the workforce (e.g. language courses, soft skills training, intercultural integration). If your organization offers this kind of support, you may be interested in connecting with a specific National Employment Platform to offer your support or explore potential partnerships.
