Request For Quotations: No. RFQ/2024-07/BGR for the Supply Of Furniture

UNHCR invites qualified furniture companies to submit a price proposal for the furniture they offer.

A detailed description of the technical specifications is attached in Annex B. Also attached are Annex A – UNHCR Terms and Conditions, Annex F – Supplier Code of Conduct and Invitation RFQ/2024-07/BGR.

Please carefully read the Request for Quotation documents for clear instructions.

Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format.

Please note that all prices in your quotation must be quoted excluding VAT and in Bulgarian leva, prices including VAT are not accepted. The price proposal must be made according to the technical specifications described in Annex B.

The deadline for sending offers is 16.08.2024. Bids should be emailed to [email protected].

All bidders must send the following documents:

1. Financial Offer – with signature, date and stamp; Price proposals without signature, date and stamp will be considered invalid. All prices in the price proposal must be in Bulgarian levs and exclusive of VAT.
