- In order to create access for refugees, the office in Kuala Lumpur will be organizing a Carnival for refugees. This will be a half-day event from 9am - 12-noon, to be held on the UNHCR grounds. Components of the Carnival will be food, bazaar stalls, games, arts and crafts, film screenings of the Global view, the High Commissioner's message and a press conference.
