This Guidance Package provides clarity on how to implement the Policy on UNHCR’s Engagement in Situations of Internal Displacement and aligns with UNHCR’s multi-year Focus Area Strategic Plan on Protection and Solutions for IDPs. It was first released in September 2019, this is the second edition, published in September 2024.
