Scope of Work:
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria, seeks for Quotations from interested companies the Provision of Printing, Supply and Delivery of Stickers and Leaflets for UNHCR Syira

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Filled and signed Vendor Registration Form
• Financial Statement of past two fiscal years
• Acknowledgement of UNHCR General Conditions of Contract
• Acknowledgement of UN Supplier Code of Conduct
• Company is not listed on any Sanctions Lists

How to obtain the tender documents, submission of clarifications & site visit and submssion of bids:

The deadline for submission of Requests for Clarifications is on 07 December 2024, 12:00 hrs. (Syrian Time).

Quotations should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in this Request for Quotation, then sent by email to [email protected] no later than: 11 December 2024, 14:00 hrs. Syrian Time (Submission of Samples and Quotations Deadline).
