The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria seeks quotations from interested contractors and companies for the Supply and Delivery of ICT-related Products for the UNHCR Operation in Syria.
All interested vendors may request the bidding documents (ITB) via formal request to UNHCR through email to [email protected] (with a copy to [email protected]) on or before 19/09/2021.
The email request must include the tender reference number in the subject line.
The Deadline for submitting offers is 29 September 2021, 2359H Syrian time.

Q1. Regarding to your RFQ ITB/HCR/SYR/21/06. Please advise if we can submit partial offer (all the items except item No 1).
A1: partial offers are accepted as mentioned in the Annex A: Schedule of Requirements
Q2: in the schedule of requirements, it was mentioned that the required quantity is the estimated annually requirement therefore, is this ITB for a one-year frame agreement? or it will result a fixed purchase order with fixed quantity as mentioned in the technical and financial offer forms?
A2: The “Estimated Annual Requirement” indicated in the Schedule of requirements is a typographical error. It should be “Estimated Requirement”
