The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria seeks quotations from interested contractors and companies for the establishment of frame agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of Computers (Laptops And Desktops) And Printers for UNHCR Partners in Syria.
All interested vendors may request the bidding documents (ITB) from [email protected] (with a copy to [email protected]) by a formal request to UNHCR on or before 16/09/2021. The email request must include the tender reference number in the subject line.
Offers should be submitted by email according to the guidelines set forth in part 2.8 of the tender documents.
The Deadline for submitting offers is 26 September 2021, 2359H Syrian time.

تستطيع الشركات المهتمة أن تطلب أوراق المناقصة بشكل رسمي عن طريق الإيميل قبل تاريخ 16/09/2021 من
على الشركات الراغبة باستلام أوراق المناقصة ذكر رقم المناقصة في عنوان الإيميل المرسل.
يجب إرسال العروض عن طريق الإيميل كما هو مذكور في أوراق المناقصة الفقرة 2.8

Q1. You have mentioned in page one that the quantities may vary, this variation will be in decreasing or increasing and is there an expected percentage for this variation?
A1: The quantities provided were based on the requirements received as of the launching of the tender. Quantities may increase or decrease. Orders will be based on actual requirements and availability of the budget and will be covered by multiple Purchase Orders at the duration of the frame agreement (long-term agreement). We apologize that we cannot provide the percentage of the increase/decrease.
Q2: For the Laptops in Annex A; 379 units, can we know the partial quantities for each option A, B and C. Also, the same for Desktops?
A2: Received request for additional 22 units of laptops, estimated total requirements as of 8-Sep-21– 401 laptops.

Q3: In reference to ITB# ITB/HCR/SYR/21/042 “In case of PO awarding, can the delivery be based on DAP terms?
A3: Referring to the tender documents (ITB Cover letter, Schedule of Requirements, Technical Offer form) UNHCR will only accept DDP terms.
Delivery terms:
In order for UNHCR to have an idea of the expected delivery of the goods, Bidders should indicate how many days it will take to arrive at the final destination upon receipt of order confirmation.
INCOTERMS: DDP – UNHCR Offices located in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Tartous, Sweida, Qamishly
Participating bidders may choose all or selected locations.
