REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE PROVISION OF GRID-CONNECTED PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) HYBRID SYSTEMS FOR HEALTH FACILITIES IN MAHAMA, NYABIHEKE AND MUGOMBWA REFUGEE CAMPS IN RWANDA

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) UNHCR intends to award a contract for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning, and Training (EPC) of PV Hybrid System and related 2-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contracts in Health facilities in Mahama, Nyabiheke and Mugombwa refugee camps.
