- A set of activities in the five largest refugee settlements of Lebap (Botash and Etbash-Chekir, 12-13 June), Mary (Denizhan and Gunhan, 15-16 June) and Akhal (Soltandesht, 17 June) provinces will include concerts by refugee and local bands, sports, dancing and singing competitions among children; an art exhibition by refugee and host community children; a photo exhibition of scenes of refugees' daily lives in the country; speeches by UNHCR, local administration and refugee community representatives. Lunch will be provided for all participants.
- Ashgabat, 20 June: Gathering with speeches by UNHCR, Turkmen government and diplomatic missions' representatives, screening of a video on UNHCR global activities, dance performance by refugee and host community children, a photo and children drawing exhibition (with distribution of prizes and certificates to all children taking part), handicraft exhibition and sale of items made by refugees. Refreshments will be available.
