Decision Procedure for the consideration of the annual report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees

¹ At its 1640th meeting, on 27 October 1969, the Council on the recommendation of the Secretary-General² decided that in future the annual report of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees would be retained on the agenda of the Council's summer session on the understanding that the report would be transmitted to the General Assembly without debate unless the Council were to decide otherwise, at the specific request of one or more of its members or of the High Commissioner, at the time of the adoption of the agenda.
