Since the above document was published a reply to the High Commissioner's letter of 13 October 1965 (see paragraph 9) has been received from the Government of NEW ZEALAND. The following text should therefore be added to Annex I of this document:

NEW ZEALAND

"The Government is in agreement with the proposed Protocol for extending the personal scope of the 1951 Convention."
