UNHCR and NGO CONTACT Center are inviting you to take part in a Capacity Building Program in Moldova. This program aims to support national and local civil society organizations, grassroots volunteer groups, and representatives of the local public authorities in Moldova by developing their knowledge and capacity to address local challenges.
The program will take place starting from September 1 to December 31, 2024. It offers comprehensive training and mentorship to selected organizations and entities involved in the refugee response. It consists of six learning modules covering the fundamentals of non-profit management, organizational development, financial sustainability, project management, external relations and communication skills, local partnerships and advocacy.
Each Organization and Institution is welcome to nominate the participants to attend live and online educational training sessions, which will be held in the Central, Northern, and Southern regions of Moldova. Throughout the program, participants will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge, participate in workshops and seminars, and access coaching. All participation costs will be covered by the organizers.
Applications are now open for registered and non-registered organizations and entities seeking to enhance their capacity to develop their communities and enhance the inclusion of the most vulnerable persons within refugees and host communities. Due to the limited availability of places, we will prioritize national and local civil society organizations, local public authorities, and grassroots volunteer groups that most require capacity-building support.
