Terms of Reference
The Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova has requested support in their Communications Department to support information provision related to education for refugee children in Moldova, including outreach to Education directorates, education staff, local schools, donors, and NGOs. This consultant will work within The Ministry of Education and Research Communications Department and report to the Ministry for daily tasks, with overall reporting, in coordination with the Ministry, to UNHCR and UNICEF, which will share the cost of this consultancy.
