UNHCR/MDACH/2022/RFQ/46 – 3000 Easter Packages
The UNHCR Representation in Moldova is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply of the following food items by 18 April:
– 3,000 units of Easter breads/panettone, 500 gr minimum, sweet, traditional Easter bread;
– 3,000 units of honey jars (plastic or glass) between 300 and 500 gr;
– 3,000 Easter chocolate eggs (packages of chocolate candy in the form of eggs) min 100 gr;
– 3,000 paper bags with handles, to fit Easter bread, chocolate eggs and honey jar;
Quotations should be submitted for at least one or the totality of items. You are welcome to propose additional items that could be complementary to Easter package, particularly from the traditional Moldovan Easter goods. Please quote them individually. Please indicate the country of origin of all proposed items.
Your quotation should be provided on the basis of a single unit and should be all-inclusive, without VAT. The quotation should remain valid for 21 days.
