UNHCR in the Republic of Moldova is looking for an intern to join our team and be part of this lifesaving refugee response.
The selected person will be joining the External Relations Unit, responsible for reporting, donor relations, communication and partnerships and coordination for advocacy purposes with civil society, other UN agencies, government, and the private sector.
We are looking for a dynamic student or graduate, who has an interest in humanitarian issues, a commitment to refugees, and a desire to develop their skills and experience in media, communications (including web-based and social media), and event management. All candidates should be computer literate in Microsoft Office, have excellent writing skills (in Romanian) as well as the ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality. Knowledge of photography, graphic design or audio-visual production would be an asset.
Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
