Overview

Established in 1974, Kuwait Financial Centre ‘Markaz’ is a leader in asset management and investment banking in MENA.

With bespoke advisory services, diversified investment portfolios, a presence in 13 countries, Markaz has amassed around USD 3.85 billion (as of March 2022) worth of assets under management.

So far Markaz has contributed towards UNHCR since 2019, they have donated mainly to the MENA cash assistance programme especially between Ramadan & UNHCR’s winterization appeal. Over 1,100 persons of concern have benefited from Markaz’s contribution in MENA.
