Funding from government donors is critical to UNHCR’s operation in Kenya and enables UNHCR to protect and provide assistance to refugees, asylum-seekers and stateless people in the country.
UNHCR has long-standing partnerships with donor governments, who provide crucial funding and vital flexible and unearmarked funding on an annual basis. It is through these partnerships that UNHCR can protect, save lives and build better futures for hundreds of thousands of refugees and stateless people in Kenya.
