UNHCR 駐日事務所では、法務部インターンを募集しています。
【期間】
原則として、6カ月(有給休暇を含む)以上の勤務が可能な方(週5日勤務)。
インターン期間中は留学などの理由で長期間のインターンシップの休止をすることは、原則お断りしています。
勤務時間:平日9:30-17:30、土日休(国連の休日を採用しているため、日本の祝日・休日も勤務日になることがあります)
*法務部インターンは、インターン期間中は原則事務所にて対面で業務を行っていただきます。

*本募集は秋季の募集ですが、弊事務所の業務上の都合によりインターン期間を春季等、別の期間とする場合があります。
【待遇】
UNHCRのインターンに関する規定に則った日当を支給します。
(奨学金などインターン中に経済的援助を受ける予定がある場合は、UNHCRから支給する日当は内規にそって減額、または無支給となります)

【応募資格・選考において考慮される要素】
*日本語と英語による筆記試験とオンライン面接により選考を行います。

【応募書類】
応募書類はWorkdayを通じてお送りください。前述の通り国籍は問いませんが、日本を常居所としている前提としております。
そのため、Workdayに記載をする住所は、応募時に日本に居住されていない場合は、インターンシップ中の日本の住所を必ず記載してください。
選考過程の中で、以下の情報をお伺いいたしますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
1)勤務開始可能時期、2)終了希望時期、3)フルタイム(週5日勤務)またはパートタイム(週4日勤務程度)の希望
4)日本に居住するご家族など非常時の連絡先および電話番号、5)出願中のものも含め、奨学金などインターン中に受ける経済的援助に関する情報
6)自宅におけるインターネット及びコンピューターへのアクセス、7)国民健康保険等、健康保険に加入している必要がありますので、加入状況を示す書類の提出が求められます。

【業務内容例】
インターンの方には、庇護や第三国定住、無国籍関連の分野の次のような業務において、職員をサポートしていただきます。
– 裁判例、法令・政策、出身国情報、各国実務等のリサーチ
– 難民保護や無国籍に関するプレゼン資料準備
– 事業やイベントの調整や実施
– 報告書のサマリーやミーティングの議事録作り
– 出版物の作成
– ファイリングや記録作成等の事務作業

UNHCR Representation in Japan Internship Programme (Protection Unit)
UNHCR Representation in Japan is seeking interns for its Protection Unit who will assist the work of the Office.
【Duration】
In principle, the internship is for 6 months (5 days per week), including paid leaves. Working hours: Weekdays 9:30-17:30; the office is closed during weekends. Japanese national holidays do not necessarily correspond to UN holidays that UNHCR observes, thus you will be requested to work on certain Japanese holidays. During the agreed period, the program in principle does not accommodate long-term temporary suspension of the internship for reasons including study abroad.
* UNHCR representation in Japan is partially working in the telework modality, however, interns are in principle expected to be prepared to be physically present in the office at any given time during the internship. Therefore, requests for telework for partial or the entire period of the internship duration will not be accommodated.
