The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) office in Tehran is pleased to support the very successful charity concert performed by the popular “Chartar” band in the Opera House of Tehran “Talare- Vahdat” on 14 December 2015. More than 600 people came to enjoy the concert in a show of support.
