I’m addressing the challenge of how to better manage the staff tracking mechanism in UNHCR Operations.
No effective system currently exists for knowing the whereabouts of staff members, especially in field operations.
I want to find a solution to this challenge because tracking of staff is extremely critical in UNHCR Operations.
