We’re delighted to announce that the President of Costa Rica, Guillermo Solis, and his entire cabinet have signed the #IBelong Campaign Open Letter to End Statelessness. Last year, Costa Rica pledged along with other Latin American and Caribbean countries to end statelessness by 2024, and by signing our Open Letter they have shown they really mean it.  Already a program in the country to give remote communities near the Panama border nationality documents has seen over 3000 people receive papers.
