The Honourable Louise Arbour held the office of President & CEO of the International Crisis Group from 2009 to 2014. She previously served as the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, as a Justice on the Supreme Court of Canada , and as the Chief Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and for Rwanda.
