Application for inclusion in the UNHCR Egypt supplier database
Suppliers who wish to apply for registration as a potential supplier to the UNHCR Representation in Egypt should fill out the UNHCR Vendor Registration Form and submit it to the vendor registration page together with the required documents . The complete set of documents required for vendor registration is listed below:
- Vendor Registration Form duly completed and signed
- Signed and stamped General Terms and Conditions which will apply to all future purchases from your company
- Scanned copy of signed and stamped UN Supplier Code of Conduct
- Scanned copy of signed and stamped confirmation on inclusion in vendor sanction lists
- Scanned copy of Company Registration Documents
- Scanned copy of Company Tax Card
- Scanned copy of Audit reports
- Scanned copy of Environmental policy, if any
- Scanned copy of Quality Assurance Certificates, if any
- Scanned copy of 3 reference letters
Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Suppliers may be eligible for registration but are not necessarily qualified for certain procurement action. UNHCR will also consult the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM), the procurement portal of the UN system used to post international tender notices, to find potential suppliers. Suppliers who want to register in the UNGM should consult www.ungm.org
