Annex A-Financial offer form
1-As per the attached Excel sheet – Annex A
- To be conducted via the attached -excel sheet – Annex A
- To include the VAT cost
- To include DAP delivery charges to both 6th of October and Zamalek.
- Submission of offer implies the following, noting please that your signature and stamp are needed:
- Acceptance of UNHCR General Terms of Contract
- Acceptance of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct
- Acknowledging the sanction list
- Filling in your data on the Vendor registration form
- UNHCR payment terms are 30 days net after delivery and receipt of final invoice.
- Deadline for submission is: 8 December 2022
