The Office of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) in Cairo, Egypt, invites your company to submit an offer in response to the tender REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) ref.# RFQ/CAI/018/24 for the establishment of a Frame Agreement with an initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for a further period of 1 (one) year for the provision of SMS services to UNHCR-Egypt.
