UNHCR invites you to submit your offer by return to this message for the supply of a contract period of 2+1 years for the reason of performing market survey/public opinion research and similar services
- Specifications: As per the attached TOR doc.
It implies sending the following docs:
- Copy of business license
- Copy of tax ID
- Financial statements/audit reports for the last 3 years
- List of clients for similar service in the past 3 years with contact information
- Sample report(s) from previous assignments in the last 3 years
- Methodology of data collection well described and in line with requirements of the task
- Mechanisms of quality assurance in data collection, validation and analysis in place
- Entity able to share first draft of the report (with dataset) within two weeks from conducting the survey and final report within four weeks
- Indicate the quality assurance measures in data collection, validation and analysis to be in place
- Organizational chart and CVs of staff working on the project including the project manager. Previous experience in conducting research projects. Excellent command of English (Spoken and written) and quality report writing.
- You should provide a breakdown of the total value for the offer and a final all-inclusive price tag (incl. VAT).
- The offer validity is 90 days
- You are allowed to send your questions before one week from the deadline to the RFQ .
- Submission of offer implies the following, noting please that your signature and stamp are needed:
- Acceptance of UNHCR General Terms of Contract
- Acceptance of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct
- Acknowledging the sanction list
- Filling in your data on the Vendor registration form
- UNHCR payment terms are 30 days net after delivery and receipt of final invoice.
