The Refugees for Refugees project unites ten musicians who are refugees and have arrived in Belgium from Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tibet. They were all forced to flee their homelands. Leaving everything behind, they only took with them their knowledge, their heritage and their instruments. Together they have united their diverse musical influences and backgrounds, in order to create a unique repertoire, building bridges between their cultures and putting out a message of hope and resilience.
