This film has been produced by young refugees residing in Cyprus, as part of a project funded by UNHCR Cyprus. The project’s aim is to give young refugees aged between 18-30 years old an opportunity to share their stories and perspectives on their current lives in Cyprus with the wider public. Being a participatory project, the young refugees learned various film-making skills while using the video format to express themselves and tell their stories.
A discussion and a reception will follow the screening.
UNHCR is thankful to the University of Nicosia for hosting the event.
