23 Mar 2004 The refugee agency closed Shalman camp in Pakistan's North West Frontier province over the weekend after the last groups of Afghan refugees were either assisted home or relocated to another camp in Pakistan. More camp closures will follow as the pace of returns to Afghanistan increases.
