UNHCR works with a range of partners across Central Asia to protect refugees, asylum-seekers and stateless people.
Participating in the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Frameworks of all five countries, UNHCR actively engages with UN and development partners, international financial institutions and other stakeholders to ensure refugees, asylum-seekers and stateless people are not left behind in but are allowed to contribute to the countries’ achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
