UNHCR invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Catering services in Almaty, Astana, and other cities of Kazakhstan.
The UNHCR Representation to Central Asia invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Catering services (referred to hereinafter as services) in the requested venues of Almaty, Astana, and other cities of Kazakhstan.
Please note that figures have been stated in order to enable bidders to have an indication of the projected requirements. It does not represent a commitment that UNHCR and other participating UN Agencies will purchase all the requested services. Quantities may vary and depend on the actual requirements and funds available regulated by issuing individual Purchase Orders.
Other United Nations Agencies, Funds, and Programmes shall be entitled to the same prices and terms as those contained in the offers of the successful bidder.
UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with an initial duration of 2 (two) years, potentially extendable for 3 (three) additional periods of 1 (one) year each. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted prices/unit price for the duration of the Frame Agreement.
UNHCR will make its best effort to select a company within 30 days after the deadline for offer submission. The pricing model quoted in the Supplier’s offer will remain valid for the duration of the Frame Agreement. UNHCR’s standard payment terms are within 30 days after satisfactory implementation and receipt of documents in order.
UNHCR will evaluate the technical capacity of your company to meet the specifications requested in Annex A for further Financial evaluation.
The financial evaluation will award the best price for the technically compliant and most viable offers.

Please find attached in ANNEX D the UNHCR’s General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Goods and/or Services. You must clearly indicate in your quotation if you accept them or provide a scanned version with a signature on each page.
