Paola Elice
Impact Evaluation Specialist, World Bank
Paola Elice is an Impact Evaluation Specialist in the Fragility, Conflict and Violence (FCV) unit of the World Bank, where she manages a portfolio of impact evaluations supported by the Building the Evidence on Forced Displacement research partnership between the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), UNHCR, and the World Bank. The partnership supports projects designed to improve the lives of people who are forcibly displaced and their host communities. Paola also supports related policy outreach and manages the seminar series “Building the Evidence on Forced Displacement: from Research to Policy Making”. Before joining FCV, Paola was an Impact Evaluation Consultant with the Development Impact Evaluation unit (DIME). Prior to joining the World Bank, she was a Research Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action.
