Tarek Abou Chabake is UNHCR’s Chief Statistician. He oversees and coordinates the implementation of UNHCR’s global statistical programme of work ensuring that corporate and international statistical standards are applied throughout UNHCR’s statistical system. He has over 25 years of professional experience in the main areas of statistics and demography with various UN entities.
