Ryo Inoue is an Associate Registration and Identity Management Officer with UNHCR’s Global Data Service. In the Biometrics, Identity, and Interoperability Unit, he is in charge of business ownership and deployments for GDT. Ryo also extensively works on BIMS, including the roadmap for a mobile solution, biometric hardware assessments, and BIMS performance improvement.
