REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL 2024-05/BGR: FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR FACILITATING ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION OF REFUGEE CHILDREN

UNHCR is inviting interested entities to submit proposals for establishing Frame Agreements with UNHCR Bulgaria office for provision of services for facilitating access to quality education of refugee children.

Enclosed to this e-mail you will find the technical specification Annex B, the financial price proposal Annex C and the Annex D Technical form. Additionally, enclosed are Annex A and Annex E.

Please carefully read the Request for Proposal document for clear instructions.

Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format. The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated, namely, the technical offer and financial offer are to be sent in separate documents (two different files). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
