UNHCR is inviting cleaning companies to submit proposals for establishing Frame Agreements for provision of cleaning services for UNCHR Bulgaria office.
Enclosed to this e-mail you will find the technical specification Annex B, the financial price proposal Annex C and the Annex D Technical form . Please carefully read the Request for Proposal document for clear instructions.

Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format. The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated, namely, the technical offer and financial offer are to be sent in separate documents (two different files). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
