UNHCR is inviting interested entities to submit proposals for establishing Frame Agreements with UNHCR Bulgaria office for provision of services for facilitating access to employment for refugees and asylum seekers through dedicated digital tool facilitating the automated job-matching process for refugees and asylum seekers.
Enclosed to this e-mail you will find the technical specification Annex B, the financial price proposal Annex C and the Annex D Technical form. Additionally, enclosed are Annex A and Annex E.

Bids should be submitted by e-mail and all attachments should be in PDF format. The Technical and Financial offers shall be clearly separated, namely, the technical offer and financial offer are to be sent in separate documents (two different files). Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
